We are especially proud of having helped with tearing out the 1950s former Tobacco House shown in our indoor portfolio. While we make no claim to adding drywall, painting, and siding the home, we discovered a new love for completing front-end work as we designed the homes kitchen layout, did a good deal of tear out, reframed the porch overhead by restructuring the truss joist, and raised an upstairs room ceiling to standard size. We also added insulation, framed two closets, and an additional bathroom, along with installing new windows in the entire home.

When renovating or building to our client's specifications and needs, we use quality products that will adequately meet the needs of our families. 

Much consideration goes into your home renovation projects.  We recommend using the following:

• Foam or other industrial insulation in all of the walls to include the ceiling and floor joists
• Low energy-efficient windows
• A energy efficient water heater
